Become a CoC Member

The Kings Tulare Continuum of Care on Homelessness would like to invited individuals and organizations to join us in the fight to end homelessness in the bi-county region by becoming a member of the CoC. Membership comes with many benefits including participation in strategic planning, the ability to vote on CoC business, access to webinars and trainings, and more. HHAP Funding Priorities Survey

The state of California will be making a $640 million one-time allocation to address homelessness, with funding flowing to cities, counties, and continuums of care across the state this spring. The Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance expects to be allocated $1,253,398 through Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention program ("HHAP"). In addition, KTHA expects to receive the Tulare County allocation in the amount of $894,562 bringing the total available to $2,147,960.

Please take a few minutes to complete a survey to share with us your thoughts on the priorities for the funding. We will be accepting responses until January 19, 2020.

2019 HUD CoC Program and CESH Award Announcement

The Alliance is pleased to announce the project selected for funding through the integrated Pool for Homeless Initiatives Locally (PHIL) notice of funding availability. PHIL included funds for both the FY2019 HUD CoC Program competition and the 2019 CESH NOFA.

Note - Projects selected for funding in the HUD CoC Program Competition are not awarded directly through the Alliance. They will be included as recommended projects in the Consolidated Application that will be submitted to HUD on or before the deadline of September 30, 2019.
